Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or is returned outside the 30-day window.


Accepted Return Reasons & Processing

  • Incorrect item received → We will arrange a free exchange or issue a full refund.

  • Item damaged upon arrival → Send us photos immediately; we will provide a quick replacement or refund.

  • Product not received → Contact our support team so we can investigate with our shipping partners.

  • Not satisfied → If you’re not happy with your leggings for any reason, you may return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Average processing time: 10 business days after the return is received and verified.

  • Refunds are only issued once all return conditions are met.
